Standard lengths:
Size S: 9 cm
Size M: 9 cm
Size L: 9 cm
Size XL: 10 cm
Size XXL: 10 cm
Can't get the string up high enough and the edge of the string gets stuck halfway the balls?
This could be solved with a shorter loop than standard. Measure the current loop length from top to bottom and order a shorter one than that.
Do the tail straps seem too short?
This could be solved with a longer loop than standard. Measure the current loop length from top to bottom and order a longer one than that.
